Raspberry Macadamia - Bar and Bon Bon Filling

This is a recipe that can be made into a filling for your chocolate bon bons or into chocolate bars depending on the ratio of your macadamia nuts and your cocoa butter. 

Cocoa butter isn’t mandatory for the filling but it is for the bars. 

If you want to make super smooth and silky bars or fillings you will need a chocolate refiner. If you’re ok with a gritty texture then a blender will work as well.
