You love sweet experiments?
Then you’re at the right place!
On one side is a 88% dark single origin chocolate made with cacao beans from Mexico and caramelized walnut pieces, on the other side is a sweet macambo chocolate.
What’s macambo?
Also known as mocambo, bicolor, white cacao, pataxte or jaguar cocoa, is the lesser known cousin of the cacao plant.
This means it’s technically not chocolate, but it's very much related to it. The flavor is mild and nutty.
Ingredients:
Cacao from Mexico, Macomb from Mexico, sugar, walnut, cacao butter, colored cacao butter
Contains: walnuts
May contain traces of other tree nuts, gluten and peanuts.
Shelf life: over 1 year
Size each bar: 1oz (27g), about 2x4 in
The color is coming from colored cocoa butter. Some of the colors I’m using are artificial.
