Each bar is one of a kind and handmade. The chocolate is 74% dark and the cocoa is coming from Colombia, Boyaca.

This 74% bean to bar chocolate contains only three ingredients next to the colored cocoa butter:

- organic cocoa

- organic sugar

- organic cocoa butter

Tasting Notes: deep chocolaty, blueberry, caramel, wood

May contain traces of tree nuts, peanuts and gluten.

The color is coming from colored cocoa butter. Some of the colors I’m using are artificial.
