Design Time

One of my favorite tools to use in designing chocolate is an electric toothbrush. If you’ve been around for a while you know that. A few days ago I used my toothbrush to make some designs and when I wanted to clean the brush between colors, I pressed the brush down onto parchment paper and thought, this could be a fun pattern. That’s what we’re going to try out!
