Walnut Praline

Get ready for this treat - we’re making a crunchy walnut praline with ganache! If you don’t like walnuts, you can substitute walnuts with any kind of nuts that you prefer. 

Walnut Praline 

Ingredients

100g or 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

100g or 3/4 cup sugar

10 g cacao butter

1 tablespoon glucose syrup

Instructions

  1. Caramelize walnuts with sugar and glucose syrup in non-sticky pan

  2. Blend/Puls in blender or food processor and add cacao butter if you need it 

Ganache

Ingredients

100g or 3/4 cup chocolate (I used dark chocolate)

100ml or 3/4 cup cream or cream alternative

pinch of salt

1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Heat cream with butter and salt

  2. Pour in 2-3 steps over chocolate and stir
