Mozartkugeln

After I made Marzipan in a past video ( https://youtu.be/xC7sS6swDbg ) I wanted more :)

So here’s a take on Mozartkugeln - a sweet confection made out of marzipan, pistachio and nougat. Originated in Salzburg, Augsburg and named after Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
