Then you’re perfectly right in this in person chocolate class. During the first part we dive into the fascinating background of cocoa and chocolate and then we come to the fun part - the chocolate tasting.
The class will take place in a conference room of my commissary kitchen. Parking is available in front of the building.
I’m not processing dairy , but I’m playing with lots of different nuts so please let me know if you have any allergies.
Minimum class attendees are 4. I will need to cancel the event if not enough people are coming together but in that case you would receive a full refund.
