Nama Chocolate

Melt in your mouth chocolate confection. Basically a solid, yummy chocolate ganache.  Definitely give them a try - vegan or with dairy!

You can swap out the heavy cream with oat or coconut creamer and the butter with vegan butter. Of course you don’t have to use liquor, feel free to enjoy completely without any additional flavoring but mint oil or any other flavoring is great, too.

No matter which version you choose this one is a winner :)

Original recipe is coming from Food52:

  • 50 g or 1/4 cup cocoa powder

Instruction:

  1. Line baking dish with parchment paper

  2. Place chopped chocolate into bowl

  3. Heat up cream and butter in a small pot until it simmers slightly

  4. Pour hot cream/butter mix over chocolate in 2 steps and stir well

  5. Add flavoring/liquor

  6. Pour mix into baking dish

  7. Freeze 2-3 hours

  8. Slice squares with hot knife

  9. Using a sieve, dust cocoa powder over square
