Strawberry-Macadamia Bonbons

I'm still in the process of learning how to make chocolate, especially confections. You can create so much with chocolate and it gives you never ending opportunities to learn new things. While I'm already selling my bean-to-bar chocolate, I need more practice in making bonbons. Techniques, design and flavors, there’s a lot to improve. And I want to share my progress with you. I have a YouTube channel and in my current video I’m making Strawberry-Macadamia Bonbons. I've used beans from Colombia to make my chocolate. The chocolate is very nutty, tastes like vanilla and brownie. That's why I wanted to add strawberries to complement the nutty notes with a fruity highlight.
