Single origin chocolate, made from scratch with cocoa from Tanzania. The bar is 70% dark with charcoal, Aleppo pepper and habanero salt sprinkled on the back. The salt is made by Aroma Spice Co.

The spice level is between mild and medium with a kick at the end.

The color is coming from colored cocoa butter. Some of the colors I’m using are artificial.
